             Station STATION1 on Line LINE1 closed
             because of a fatal Guardian error 179 (179)
             Previous STARTED, Current ABNORMAL

          Problem: Error 179 was considered fatal.

          Change: Changed so that error 179 is non-fatal.

          Implementation:  Install the new files on the XPNET subvol.
             Rebuild the NETWORK object using the NETB file.

          Dependencies: None.

           Symptom: Using the WGI protocol, XPNET abends with a
              trap 11 ( memory management read error ).

           Problem: WGI has a read posted.  It completes with a
              zero length message, which causes WGI to access a
              variable with an address of zero and that causes
              the trap 11.

           Change: Changed WGI so that it handles the situation
              and generates the following log message:

           23-06-02;12:36:23.633 \OMA3T08.$VPJN    ACI.XPNET.3400   16
                     Station S1J^WGI marked down, Guardian error 1
                     (end-of-file)
                     Previous STARTED, Current ABNORMAL

           Implementation:  Install the new files on the XPNET subvol.
              Rebuild the NETWORK object using the NETB file.

           Dependencies: None.
